Role Overview

The Knowledge Transfer Specialist at Saipem is responsible for establishing and executing a standardized, effective methodology to capture and disseminate knowledge across all departments. This role involves implementing workplace learning initiatives and methodologies that foster knowledge sharing and easy access to information throughout the organization.

The specialist will identify and deploy appropriate platforms and tools to enhance learning experiences and ensure educational methods remain effective. Responsibilities include training staff on these platforms and overseeing their customization. Additionally, the specialist will support the development of e-learning courses in SAP and other relevant disciplines as required by company representatives and consultants.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
