Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Architectural Draftsman to join our team at Manasvi Civil and Structural Consultant located in Pune, Maharashtra. The candidate will be instrumental in developing various architectural and structural drawings while ensuring compliance and assisting during site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural plans highlighting structural elements.
- Generate RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structural drawings accurately.
- Draft electrical light fitting layouts according to design specifications.
- Create plumbing schematics necessary for project execution.
- Develop blueprints and sanctioned plans adhering to regulatory standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide technical support during construction.
- Maintain availability of own motorcycle for transportation to site locations.
Compensation and Employment Terms
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 35,000 INR based on experience and skill level.
Additional Requirements
The candidate must have a personal bike available as site visits are an integral part of the role.
