Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Architectural Designer will contribute to various project phases by creating construction documents and building models utilizing Revit, BlueBeam, and AutoCAD. The position requires coordination with consultants and team members to ensure cohesive design execution, researching relevant building codes, materials, and construction techniques, supporting construction administration, and participating in field observation. Attendance at client meetings to gather and integrate project information is also essential. Mentorship and on-the-job experience will help develop technical and professional skills.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a professional or non-professional Architecture degree from an accredited institution
- Have 0 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrate proficiency or eagerness to learn Revit and Adobe Photoshop
- Possess strong conceptual diagramming and sketching abilities
- Exhibit excellent communication capabilities
- Be imaginative, personable, and energetic
- Show enthusiasm for teamwork
- Capable of managing both short-term deadlines and long-term projects
