Role overview

An emerging architecture studio in Dublin is expanding and looking for a recently qualified Architect to join its growing team. This is a strong opportunity to work with a compact, ambitious group that is building the practice from the ground up and already has a healthy pipeline of active projects.

The role will suit an RIAI-registered Architect who wants to contribute to workplace, retrofit, and industrial projects, while taking on real responsibility across design and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support projects at every phase, from early concept work through to technical completion.
• Prepare and coordinate detailed design information in Revit.
• Work closely with a small team on commercial, retrofit, and industrial commissions.
• Manage allocated work packages and actively address design issues as they arise.
• Take part in design conversations and bring ideas that help shape final project outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be a newly qualified Architect registered with the RIAI.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit is essential.
• Needs a proactive, practical, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Should be open to learning, receptive to coaching, and keen to develop a personal design perspective.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to interact well with clients are important.
• Must have the legal right to live and work in the Republic of Ireland.
