Architect CAD & Construction Documentation Specialist - Remote Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architect CAD & Construction Documentation expert to join us on a remote contract basis. This role involves creating detailed architectural and engineering drawings and documentation essential for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive floor plans and elevation drawings tailored to project specifications.
• Develop detailed CAD drawings supporting architectural and engineering needs.
• Create precise Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) annotations for manufacturing documentation.
• Produce and annotate multi-sheet electrical schematics adhering to industry benchmarks.
• Design and assess PCB layouts to ensure manufacturability and performance suitability.
• Engage in collaborative exchanges to clarify project requirements and resolve technical inquiries.
• Compile complete documentation packages aligned with project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least three years of recent expertise in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Proficient with standard tools employed for 2D/3D CAD and PCB layout design processes.
• Demonstrated skill in generating and interpreting GD&T callouts and complex schematic diagrams.
• Experienced in creating multi-sheet electrical schematics integrated with PCB layouts within construction projects.
• Great attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities for handling multi-document sets.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience working remotely in cross-functional teams is advantageous.
