Role Overview

The company is seeking skilled Android developers to create and enhance the native Android experience for BJAK's AI-driven Neobank app. The ideal candidate prioritizes streamlined user flows, excellent performance, high product quality, and dependable mobile features for actual users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and release native Android functionalities for onboarding, account management, cards, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-assisted user journeys.
• Simplify complex financial processes into efficient, user-friendly mobile interactions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend developers, and AI engineers to bring features from concept to production.
• Ensure app quality in terms of performance, crash rates, load times, edge cases, and release stability.
• Utilize production data, analytics, and user feedback to refine and improve features post-launch.
• Integrate a variety of APIs, authentication systems, secure data protocols, and financial workflows with robust reliability.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in native Android development using Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience delivering Android applications that serve real users.
• Strong knowledge of Android architecture components, Jetpack libraries, Coroutines, Flow, and modern best practices.
• Excellent product intuition with a focus on user experience beyond just screen implementation.
• Ability to troubleshoot live issues, optimize application performance, and enhance reliability.
• Comfort working in uncertain, fast-paced environments without compromising quality standards.
