Role Overview

We seek a highly skilled AI Principal Engineer to play a pivotal technical leadership role within our platform development. This hands-on position involves architecting and implementing the agentic AI systems and full-stack applications that drive our creative automation engine. Collaborating closely with the CTO, you will guide technical strategy and own complex solutions end-to-end—spanning multi-agent coordination, retrieval frameworks, production infrastructure, and client-facing front-end interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-grade multi-agent systems with orchestration and performance evaluation.
• Develop sophisticated retrieval mechanisms to ensure dependable and transparent AI output.
• Establish evaluation and observability layers to maintain responsiveness and reliability in AI-driven creative automation.
• Architect and build comprehensive platform components across the full technology stack.
• Integrate security and quality assurance directly into platform architecture.
• Mentor engineering team members to elevate standards in architecture, AI/ML practices, and delivery processes.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced full-stack engineering leader with strong expertise in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and delivering production-ready products.
• Hands-on proficiency with agentic systems and modern large language model (LLM) technologies.
• Well-versed in serverless and event-driven architectures; skilled in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Python.
• Track record of deploying and scaling products under complex compliance and security constraints.
• History of leading and mentoring engineering teams, owning technical roadmaps, and effectively collaborating with executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within regulated industries or creative, media, and content production technologies is advantageous.
