Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable, optimized AI solutions for enterprise use.
• Lead prompt engineering and fine-tuning efforts for AI/ML models, including Generative AI and LLM systems, and manage multi-agent AI platforms.
• Apply hands-on techniques in fine-tuning, transfer learning, and optimization of deep learning models founded on Transformer architectures.

Technical Expertise Required

• Proficiency in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and LLM technologies with practical knowledge of NLP libraries such as Word2Vec, NLTK, SpaCy, BERT, GloVe, and frameworks like Autogen, Semantic Kernel, Langchain, and Langraph.
• Experience in developing AI agents and deploying AI models containerized using Docker and orchestrated on Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong Python programming skills, including the use of lightweight web frameworks like Flask and FastAPI for API development.
• Working familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Competence with NoSQL, SQL, and vector database technologies for effective data management.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis methods and experimental design principles.
• Knowledge of MLOps pipelines and practices, especially continuous integration and deployment for machine learning models.
• Experience with prompt fine-tuning and performance optimization techniques.
• Utilization of Python memory profiling tools including Scalene, Filprofiler, or equivalents.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like Langchain and Langraph.
• Familiarity with Python libraries such as python-pptx and pymupdf to handle PPTX and PDF documents, complemented by integration experience with OpenAI GPT models.
