Role Overview

The organization is seeking Strategic and Clinical Advisory Board Members to support its accelerated growth and uphold the ethical foundation of its clinician ecosystem. The role involves providing high-level guidance and credibility aligned with MindFriend's mission.

Candidate Profiles

• Executive & Governance Track: Former or current founders, CEOs, or board members of prominent organizations, senior leaders within NGOs, non-profits, or governmental bodies related to public health, mental health advocacy, or social impact.
• Clinical & Psychiatric Track: Licensed or registered psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, or equivalent practitioners committed to digital health ethics, professional standards, and expanding free mental health resource access.

Expectations and Commitments

• Minimal operational demands, recognizing the busy schedules of executives and clinicians with no daily or weekly tasks required.
• Participation in one to two formal advisory sessions annually to evaluate strategic direction and platform standards.
• Occasional representation at industry conferences, community gatherings, or sponsored events as an ambassador for MindFriend.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn £100 per hour for advisory meetings and consulting sessions.
• All travel-related expenses fully covered for annual meetings and sponsored events, including flights, accommodation, and logistics.
• Gain prominent exposure as a trusted Board Advisor on MindFriend’s website, directories, pitch materials, and branding.
