Role Overview

Each year, thousands of Indian students choose to study in Australia, placing significant trust in the assistance provided throughout their application process. This role is critical in ensuring that student applications are handled meticulously from start to finish—verifying documents, managing university portals, meeting deadlines—and ultimately safeguarding students from delays or rejection due to errors or missed data.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review student applications against Australian university eligibility criteria to detect and address any issues before submission.
• Verify the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of academic documents, collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies proactively.
• Take complete ownership of the quality and correctness of every application released.
• Submit applications through StudyLink and university-specific portals within stipulated timelines, adhering strictly to university standards and internal operating procedures.
• Monitor the status of applications and proactively follow up to ensure successful closure.
• Maintain meticulous records of applications, offers, and communications while ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with admission guidelines.
• Identify and report any systemic compliance gaps to team leadership.
• Coordinate closely with counselors and internal teams to ensure seamless transfer of information and respond promptly to application-related queries.
• Support the team in upholding consistent quality benchmarks despite handling large application volumes.

Performance Expectations

• In initial weeks, focus on learning university portfolios, portal systems, SOPs, and team operations with an emphasis on accuracy over volume.
• Within the first year, demonstrate full ownership by submitting applications on time, maintaining low error rates, and proactively managing follow-ups, gaining trust from counselors and leads.
• Over time, establish best practices that set the quality standard for application processing within the team, minimizing rework requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years of direct experience handling Australian university applications, including proficiency with StudyLink and university portals.
• Highly detail-oriented with a keen eye for discrepancies such as mismatched dates, altered transcripts, or incomplete documentation.
• Self-motivated and capable of independently managing workload, anticipating deadlines, and initiating follow-ups without supervision.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring professional interaction with universities and internal teams, maintaining the organization's reputable brand.
• Open to learning and adapting Kaaiser's established systems and standards, demonstrating curiosity and rigor.
• Driven by the understanding that this role is vital to upholding the quality and trust that Kaaiser has built in the Australia study-abroad corridor.
