Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking a diligent Accountant to join our team at Shasha Fashion Trendz based in Hauz Khas, New Delhi. This position involves handling various accounting and operational responsibilities that support our e-commerce backend and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the dispatch process for e-commerce orders and manage daily shipment coordination.
• Maintain and update Non-Delivery Report (NDR) sheets ensuring accurate status and diligent follow-ups.
• Liaise with courier service partners to handle shipment challenges, escalate issues when necessary, and track delivery progress.
• Assist in product catalog management and contribute to website upkeep activities.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for maintaining precise records and generating required reports.
• Engage regularly with customers, courier partners, and internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of operational issues.
• Support daily accounting and various operational tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel functions including formulas, filtering, sorting, and lookup tools like VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP.
• Effective communication and coordination capabilities.
• Accountable, well-organized, and proactive in managing pending tasks and follow-ups.
• Courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and partners.
• Strong attention to detail and skillful multitasking.

Preferred Experience

• Background in accounting, logistics, dispatch, or e-commerce operations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Shopify or comparable e-commerce platforms is beneficial.

Additional Information

Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM
Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹18,000 per month depending on experience.
