Overview
K M Fire Wood seeks a meticulous and accountable Accountant to oversee daily accounting activities, billing processes, and maintain accurate financial records.
Primary Duties
- Accurately log sales and purchase transactions.
- Generate invoices and billing documents efficiently.
- Manage ledgers and accounts using Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime software.
- Keep thorough financial documentation and supporting paperwork.
- Support GST-related accounting tasks when necessary.
- Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency with Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Solid grasp of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong focus on detail and maintaining accuracy.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Experience with GST filing and compliance is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
