Role Overview

We are seeking an Account Manager to oversee and nurture our client portfolio in Ireland (both Northern Ireland and the Republic). This role focuses on maintaining strong client relations post-implementation to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop sustained relationships with customers after product deployment to guarantee their satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary account contact by organizing quarterly reviews, addressing pending inquiries, and staying updated on client needs.
  • Analyze client usage and operations to uncover opportunities for value enhancement, growth, and optimization.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as support, onboarding, and product development to provide flawless customer service.
  • Conduct client training sessions and offer guidance on maximizing platform use.
  • Gather, document, and relay customer feedback on desired product features, ensuring clients are informed about development progress.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Between two to five years in account management, customer success, or other client-oriented roles.
  • Background in the transportation sector is preferred; familiarity with container transport is advantageous.
  • Comfortable with technology, including SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations.
  • Aptitude for upselling and meeting commercial goals, coupled with confidence in delivering presentations or demos.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive customer-first approach.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively, adept at simultaneously handling multiple tasks.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Ireland to meet clients.

What We Offer

  • Competitive remuneration and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding technology company.
  • Flexible work hours and the possibility to work from a home office base.
  • A dynamic and inclusive team environment contributing to transformational change in the logistics sector.
