Account Lead

Role Overview

This position is responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring the punctual delivery of services, and meeting client expectations to maintain strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members, offering direction and assistance to foster effective and streamlined work processes.
• Compile and finalize financial statements, including balance sheet preparation, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and overall finance and accounts management.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations by overseeing statutory payments and filing returns correctly and promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth execution of projects.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 8 to 12 years of professional experience in accounting or a related field, with CA Intermediate qualification preferred.
• Demonstrates in-depth understanding of GST, TDS, balance sheet finalization, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and finance and accounts functions.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants holding a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting and Finance, or Accounting and Taxation are qualified to apply.
