Role Details
Personal Lines Account Executive
- Serve as a key contact for sales and customer service, assisting both new and existing clients with quotes, insurance coverage advice, renewals, and policy administration.
- Handle policy queries, renewals, and documentation related to personal insurance lines.
- Provide expert guidance on coverage options and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage quotations and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold high compliance standards.
Commercial Account Handler / Account Executive
- Support a growing commercial insurance team by managing a diverse client portfolio, including renewals and policy administration.
- Provide expert advice to commercial clients and negotiate competitive terms with insurance providers.
- Assist in business retention efforts and identify prospects for upselling insurance services.
- Ensure all client documentation is precise and compliant with regulations.
- Collaborate within a dynamic, team-oriented commercial office environment.
