Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent Account Executive to join our team in Mangalore. The primary responsibility involves maintaining precise financial records and ensuring efficient accounts management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed ledgers and journals to monitor all income and expenditures.
- Regularly update purchase entries using billing software.
- Record daily accounting transactions and reconcile cash and bank deposits.
- Keep accurate accounts for both payables and receivables.
- Engage with customers and vendors regarding account-related matters.
- Gather information necessary for GST filings and coordinate with Chartered Accountants.
- Assist with audit processes by providing thorough documentation.
- Oversee petty cash management, including vouchers and timely entry updates.
