Role Overview
The Account Coordinator will be a pivotal support member within our sales team, combining sales assistance with administrative duties in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or those early in their media careers seeking a challenging and varied role focused on excellent customer service and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Team in all sales-related activities and campaign preparations.
- Build campaign proposals and manage client communications concerning campaign site lists and photography agreements.
- Generate and analyze reports using tools such as MOVE, Fusion, and Agile.
- Collaborate with Trading and CTU teams on campaign site selections and prepare client advertising contracts.
- Provide post-campaign analysis to support sales efforts.
- Update Salesforce opportunities and assist Account Managers in closing deals.
- Monitor and track agreed campaign bonuses.
Candidate Profile
- Strong administrative capabilities with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to generate timely solutions.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written, with presentation experience.
- Capacity to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Self-driven, confident, and able to work independently without supervision.
- Customer service oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
