Academic Services Manager, K–12 Mathematics

Role Overview

LingoAce is in search of a skilled Academic Services Manager for K–12 Mathematics to enhance the academic support provided to students beyond traditional classroom settings. This position involves managing aspects like homework assistance, academic queries, monitoring student progress, learning interventions, reporting, and communication with parents. This manager will work closely with teams from Teaching, Curriculum, Product, and Operations to uplift student achievements and overall educational experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and continually refine K–12 math academic services encompassing homework help, academic Q&A, office hours, and tracking progress.
• Analyze participation data, homework rates, assessments, and other academic metrics to identify students' educational needs.
• Collaborate with educators to draft targeted student support strategies, supervise their progress, and modify plans as needed.
• Create uniform procedures for delivering post-class feedback, periodic summaries of learning, and communication to parents.
• Set clear standards for response times, support quality, follow-ups with students, thorough documentation, and escalation processes.
• Utilize academic data and family insights to measure program impact and seek enhancement opportunities.
• Record best practices and provide training or coaching to academic support personnel as the team expands.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a similar discipline.
• Prior experience at a prominent online learning platform or edtech company offering comprehensive academic support and family engagement is strongly preferred.
• Direct involvement in delivering K–12 academic services such as homework support, academic inquiries, progress tracking, remedial action, and reporting; proficient in interpreting learning data into practical recommendations.
• Deep understanding of K–12 mathematics curriculum, capable of assessing student requirements and the quality of academic assistance provided.
• Excellent project management, analytical abilities, communication skills, and competence in collaborating across various teams.

Location: Remote, within the United States

Employment Type: Full-time

Annual Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000
