Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site recruitment role based in Singapore. The position focuses on 360 recruitment, meaning both business development and end-to-end hiring responsibilities. The recruiter will work closely with cross-functional teams to support staffing needs linked to offshore rig management, technical coordination, and project delivery for oil and gas clients.
Key Responsibilities
The role includes identifying client and project hiring needs, coordinating recruitment activities, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The recruiter will also contribute to gathering requirements, preparing documentation and reports, tracking information accurately, and supporting smooth execution of hiring-related processes. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners, along with a focus on safety, quality, and operational standards, will be part of the work.
Qualifications
Applicants should be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents and must be fluent in both English and Mandarin. Prior experience in 360 recruitment, covering both business development and recruitment, is required. Strong skills in winning clients, building relationships, and managing accounts are important. Candidates should also bring solid analytical and organizational abilities, clear communication, and the capacity to work with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience or familiarity with offshore oil and gas operations, rig management, or technical project environments will be considered an advantage. Comfort with standard office software and digital tools for reporting, tracking, and communication is also expected. The role requires a commitment to safety, compliance, and quality in a regulated industrial setting. A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in engineering, project management, marine, energy, or a related field is preferred. Candidates must also be able to work on-site in Singapore and adapt to changing project demands and timelines.
