Growth and Marketing Intern

About the internship

This internship is designed for someone eager to work on growth and marketing for a rapid-commerce platform focused on baby and kids’ essentials. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention, while also helping shape and run campaigns that connect with parents and caregivers.

What you’ll do

• Work with Business, Growth, and Product teams to spot opportunities that can boost acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Plan, design, and run growth experiments from the idea stage through launch and review.
• Study user cohorts, funnel behavior, experiment outcomes, and campaign performance to identify practical growth learnings.
• Manage CRM activity across push notifications, WhatsApp, and in-app communication, with a focus on improving CTR, conversion, and retention.
• Develop strong marketing ideas, write persuasive campaign copy, build attention-grabbing creatives, and convert trends and customer insights into effective campaigns.

Who can apply

This role is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, are able to begin between 8 July 2026 and 12 August 2026, can continue for 3 months, and bring relevant skills and interest in growth and marketing.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 15,000 to 16,500.
