About the Internship
Join Planys Technologies Private Limited, an IIT Madras-incubated startup specializing in underwater robotic inspection and survey solutions, as an Accounts Intern. This full-time, onsite internship based in Chennai spans six months and offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance within a pioneering marine robotics company. The company focuses on innovative submerged robotic platforms including submersible ROVs and AUVs, integrating advanced sensing and diagnostic systems for automated inspections.
Responsibilities
- Precisely enter daily financial data into company systems.
- Manage both accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
- Support the finance team with bookkeeping and maintaining financial records.
- Generate vendor-specific data to facilitate GST return reconciliations.
- Conduct weekly reconciliations of bank statements.
- Assist in preparing various financial and operational reports.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely task completion.

- Candidates must be available for a full-time in-office internship.
- Internship start date should be between 10th July and 14th August 2026.
