Key Responsibilities

• Design and build UI and UX components in the ZOHO environment.
• Create streamlined, engaging application workflows to elevate user interaction quality.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and convert them into impactful design solutions.
• Develop prototypes, wireframes, and interface layouts utilizing contemporary design software.
• Customize and improve applications using ZOHO Creator, CRM, Desk, and related tools.
• Employ front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ZML, and ZOHO Canvas to produce responsive interfaces.
• Ensure all design outputs adhere to usability standards, align with business objectives, and fit technical capabilities.
• Identify and resolve user experience issues with practical and innovative design solutions.
• Uphold visual quality, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail across all interfaces.
• Communicate design rationale clearly and maintain collaborative engagement throughout development cycles.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrable experience in creating user interfaces and user experiences for digital platforms.
• Strong command of ZOHO Creator, CRM, Desk, and other ZOHO products.
• Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ZML, and ZOHO Canvas technologies.
• Experience with prototyping/design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• A robust UI/UX design portfolio showcasing creativity, usability, and fine detail orientation.
• Capable of breaking down complex requirements to deliver easy-to-use solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design choices effectively.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms is desirable.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular adds value.
• Certifications in UI/UX design or ZOHO development are beneficial.
