Role Overview
The Website Content and E-Concession Coordinator manages daily activities related to online merchandising, catalog management, stock optimization, and content operations for Christian Louboutin's direct-to-consumer websites and marketplace/e-concession partners. This position guarantees product visibility, ensures content accuracy, optimizes inventory, and strives for commercial success while supporting localized shopping experiences in both English and Arabic.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance category landing pages considering stock status, seasonal trends, and business goals.
- Ensure prompt activation/deactivation of products on Shopify.
- Lead seasonal merchandising efforts, including tagging products, preparing swatches, subtitles, collections, and campaign content.
- Create and update product collections following global and regional launch schedules.
- Keep product descriptions, attributes, and related content consistent and precise.
- Update website content on landing pages, product pages, and campaign pages regularly.
- Translate and localize website content and catalogs into Arabic.
- Deliver excellent customer experience by presenting appropriate product selections and easy navigation.
- Oversee catalog creation and updates on e-concession and marketplace partner platforms.
- Regularly audit catalogs to verify correct pricing, product descriptions, images, and attributes.
- Develop merchandising suggestions for partner brand pages to boost visibility and conversions.
- Collaborate frequently with partner merchandising teams to synchronize trading priorities.
- Support collection creation and data consolidation efforts.
- Maintain catalogs through partner portals, Product Information Management systems, and Excel forms.
- Ensure size guides and product details remain accurate and updated for relevant collections.
- Track stock and sales across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other key regional markets.
- Detect inventory risks and sales potential by performing weekly performance analysis and reporting.
- Initiate replenishment to maintain ideal product availability.
- Spot missed commercial opportunities and advise additional product listings or style activations.
- Work closely with merchandising and supply chain teams to enhance inventory efficiency.
- Manage Return to Vendor (RTV) requests and related paperwork.
- Coordinate Vendor Inventory Control (VIC) requests and inventory adjustments when needed.
- Assist in markdown planning, RTV campaigns, and stock clearance operations.
- Visit stores regularly to assess product variety, stock, and customer trends.
- Collect retail insights and communicate findings to management.
- Support unified online and offline product strategies.
- Ensure product presentation and availability are consistent across all customer touchpoints.
