Role Overview

This part-time Warehouse Specialist position is located in Berlin, Germany, offering a hybrid schedule where some responsibilities can be performed remotely. The role supports daily warehouse operations including receiving shipments, unloading, and organizing inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle receiving inbound shipments and unloading deliveries.
• Organize and store goods systematically within designated areas.
• Prepare and pack orders accurately for shipment.
• Maintain precise inventory records and assist with stock-taking and reconciliation processes.
• Operate basic warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to facilitate smooth dispatch and delivery operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines in all warehouse activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve prompt order fulfillment and effective warehouse workflow management.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience or skills in shipping and receiving goods efficiently.
• Competence in unloading deliveries and packing orders with care.
• Knowledge of inventory control basics and maintaining stock organization.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and comply with warehouse safety protocols.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment sectors is advantageous.
• Capability to safely lift and move packages, stand for long durations, and carry out standard procedures diligently.
• Attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
• Effective time management skills suited for part-time shifts.
• English communication skills required; proficiency in German is a plus.
