Warehouse Keeper

Role overview

This part-time Warehouse Keeper position is based in Dubai and combines on-site warehouse duties with limited remote flexibility for administrative and documentation work. The role focuses on handling goods correctly, keeping stock records accurate, and supporting smooth warehouse operations in line with company procedures and safety standards.

Core duties

You will manage the flow of goods from arrival to dispatch, while keeping the warehouse orderly, secure, and compliant. The position also includes coordination with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to make sure deliveries and stock movements happen on time and with the right documentation.

Key activities

• Accept incoming shipments and confirm that quantities and product quality match the accompanying documents.
• Store, arrange, label, and safeguard inventory in an organized manner.
• Prepare customer or internal orders for dispatch and delivery.
• Update stock logs and inventory records using basic systems or spreadsheets.
• Carry out simple data entry and prepare routine reports.
• Work with drivers, suppliers, and internal staff to coordinate accurate goods movement.
• Keep the warehouse area clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and support improvements to operational processes.

Qualifications

Applicants should have experience in warehouse work covering receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch. Comfort with basic inventory tools or spreadsheets is important, along with strong attention to detail, good organization, and the ability to handle documentation accurately. The job also calls for basic counting and reading skills, clear communication, and the ability to work independently within a part-time schedule.

Additional requirements

• Awareness of standard warehouse safety practices, including manual handling and safe use of equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights as needed.
• Previous exposure to warehouse, logistics, or supply chain work in Dubai or the UAE will be an advantage.
• Secondary school education or an equivalent qualification is expected; vocational training in logistics or warehousing is a plus.

Work arrangement

This is a part-time role with a hybrid setup, meaning most work is warehouse-based in Dubai while some administrative and documentation tasks can be handled from home.
