Role Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be crucial in shaping an engaging and consistent shopping atmosphere by applying visual standards and promoting commercial success. Embracing company values, your efforts will support both your personal achievements and the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement visual displays, styling, and commercial arrangements per store guidelines and schedules to elevate customer engagement and boost store sales.
- Review sales data, oversee inventory, maintain garment presentation, and collaborate with Store Management to focus on visual and commercial priorities.
- Leverage knowledge of market trends and competitor activity to train and mentor store teams for superior customer service.
- Demonstrate professionalism and represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.
- Assist the Sales Market team with store expansion initiatives.
Collaboration
You will be an integral part of the Store Team, which includes roles like Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, and others that collectively create an inspiring shopping environment. Additionally, you will coordinate with the wider Area Team to share insights and collectively drive success, helping customers express their personal style with current trends and classic designs.

- Proven expertise in visual merchandising combined with commercial acumen within a dynamic retail setting and a problem-solving approach.
- Capability to interpret sales reports and understand sales dynamics to make informed decisions.
