They collaborate closely with company founders, management teams, and investors to design innovative financing strategies tailored for Europe's emerging scale-ups.
Internship Overview and Responsibilities
This 12-month internship, commencing October or November 2026 and based in Berlin, Germany or Sophia Antipolis, France, focuses on investment analysis within the venture capital and private debt space.
- Explore and analyze potential European scale-up companies eligible for debt financing opportunities.
- Initiate outreach efforts to founders of technology-centric businesses to present Tradition Meets Future's financing solutions.
- Assist the CEO on high-level strategic projects including developing investor partnerships.
- Examine financial statements and business models to evaluate credit risk and overall creditworthiness during debt financing transactions.
- Support transaction execution by maintaining meticulous process management and attention to detail.
- Identify and contribute to the implementation of software tools aimed at optimizing workflows and minimizing process risks.
- Participate in enhancing the company's market presence by contributing to PR efforts across European markets.
- Help organize and engage in events and networking occasions.
- Author brief, focused articles relevant for founders and investors in the growth ecosystem.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Fluency in English at near-native level, with strong verbal and written communication proficiency.
- Proficiency in at least one other European language, with Swedish or Italian being preferred.
- Excellent analytical abilities coupled with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Capability to work independently with a high level of adaptability, ownership, and initiative.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- A keen interest in technology sectors, venture capital ecosystems, and growth-stage financing.

Applicants should be university students required to complete a compulsory internship, as this will be prioritized. The internship offers payment and includes a performance-based bonus scheme.
