Vending Machine Head

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and proactive professional to lead our vending machine business operations. This position involves end-to-end responsibility for vending machine deployment, installation, product procurement, sales assistance, technical management, and coordination among internal teams, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate will excel in technical understanding, communication, and managing comprehensive vending machine processes efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee vending machine placement at client sites, including managing installation, commissioning, and relocation.
• Ensure operational reliability by scheduling maintenance and minimizing downtime.
• Configure and operate vending machines, including product updates and basic troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Manage network connectivity to guarantee seamless vending machine communications and collaborate with technical support for advanced repairs.
• Supervise procurement of products, spare parts, and consumables while maintaining stock levels through coordination with vendors and suppliers.
• Support sales and marketing efforts to grow the vending machine business, identifying new opportunities and fostering client relationships.
• Organize client site evaluations, product demonstrations, and meetings to promote partnership growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams, technical service staff, vendors, and clients to streamline project execution.
• Maintain professional email communication, operational reports, installation documentation, service logs, and inventory records.
• Promptly resolve client inquiries and operational challenges.

Technical and Personal Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of vending machine deployment and operational management.
• Proficient with technical machine configuration, product stocking, and network connectivity concepts related to vending machines.
• Strong experience in procurement and vendor relationship management.
• Competent with MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and reporting tools.
• Outstanding organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and capability to coordinate teams.
• Professional appearance and demeanor combined with confidence in client and vendor interactions.

Educational and Experience Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in vending machines, retail automation, FMCG, or technical operations. Candidates should have between 3 to 8 years of relevant industry experience.

Working Conditions

The position requires working six days a week, Monday through Saturday.
