Role Overview

Join our Production team as a Vehicle Shuttler in Enfield, helping ensure cars move smoothly throughout the onboarding and reconditioning phases. Your main responsibility will be transporting vehicles safely and punctually between vendors, storage yards, and Clutch facilities, supporting operational readiness and inventory management.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Transport vehicles among vendor locations, storage lots, and company facilities efficiently.
  • Assist the vehicle onboarding and detailing teams as needed.
  • Organize vehicles within warehouses and outdoor parking areas.
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections, reporting any issues or damages promptly.
  • Handle all vehicles in compliance with safety and company policies.
  • Maintain precise logs of vehicle movements daily.
  • Achieve assigned shuttle and turnaround goals as scheduled.
  • Collaborate closely with the Production team to maintain inventory readiness.

Candidate Requirements

  • Completion of high school or equivalent education.
  • Possession of a valid Class 5 driving license with a clean record.
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
  • Preferred experience in driving, warehouse operations, or logistics.
  • Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong safety awareness.
  • Dependable, responsible with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.

Additional Qualifications

  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-service oriented approach when interacting with vendors and partners.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and managing fast-paced activities.
  • Physically capable of frequent vehicle entry/exit and prolonged standing or walking.

Employment Details

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Enfield, Nova Scotia.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers an hourly wage of $18.25. Benefits include health, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, and dependent care starting on the first day. Salary determination factors in skills, performance, market standards, responsibilities, and working conditions.
