Job description
Role Overview
This position involves leading and overseeing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process by coordinating execution efforts among business users from partner organizations. The role reports to the Project Simba Independent QA Team and ensures that UAT is effectively managed across multiple external stakeholders.
Key Duties
- Organize and align the UAT schedule between two external partner companies.
- Distribute and guide business reviewers through the UAT test documentation which serves as the execution guideline.
- Monitor the approval status (go/no-go) for each application module from designated business reviewers.
- Drive the formal sign-off process for UAT ahead of the final go-live readiness assessment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience managing coordination across different organizations, preferably with a focus on User Acceptance Testing.
- Ability to effectively facilitate communications and testing procedures with non-technical business stakeholders across multiple institutions.
Skills and Tools
- Competence in UAT facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong scheduling and coordination capabilities involving external organizations.
Success Criteria
The UAT process successfully completes within the planned timeline with every module thoroughly reviewed and approved by the assigned business reviewers, ensuring there is no last-minute rush to secure participation.
