US Trainee Recruiters

Position Overview

We are actively seeking enthusiastic US Trainee Recruiters to join our expanding team at Cynet Systems, located in Sector 62, Noida. This role is ideal for individuals aiming to start or enhance their careers within US staffing, working onsite with a focus on US night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and evaluate potential candidates to meet staffing needs for US clients.
• Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing updates and support throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of six months experience working in international voice process roles or in domestic recruitment/US staffing environments.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Proficient English communication capabilities.
• Willing and able to work during the US night shift hours.
