Tuner Scrum Lead

Position Overview

We are looking for a Tuner Scrum Lead to drive scrum planning and execution within our internal delivery teams, ensuring risk identification and successful project completion. The role demands hands-on involvement in PI planning and knowledge of Agile Scrum or other scrum frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective scrum planning sessions, highlight potential risks, and guarantee successful delivery within internal teams.
• Engage actively with PI planning and adhere to Agile Scrum or other scrum methodologies to facilitate smooth project workflows.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Academic background in electrical/electronic engineering or computer science.
• Strong expertise in tuner development and familiarity with tuner standards such as AM/FM, DAB, HD radio, hybrid radio, SXM, DRM, and CDR.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing trace and debug data for troubleshooting and improvement.
• High level of dedication, responsibility, adaptability, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, independent, and goal-driven approach to work.
• Experience with low-level communication protocols including SPI, I2C, and UART.
• Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle in vehicle electronics, along with foundational programming skills in C++ and Java.
