Key Duties

• Implement and maintain robust programme governance structures, risk management practices, and detailed reporting mechanisms.
• Coordinate multiple transformation initiatives concurrently, managing priorities, dependencies, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Lead senior governance meetings and steering committees to provide transparent updates on programme status, risks, and key decisions.
• Convert strategic business objectives and requirements into actionable and realistic delivery plans.

• Foster strong partnerships between business and technology teams to ensure alignment and cooperation throughout delivery phases.

Candidate Profile

• Over a decade of experience managing large-scale transformation or strategic change programmes within banking or financial services sectors.
• Proven expertise handling enterprise-wide portfolios that include multiple business units and senior stakeholders.
• Strong influence skills with a history of effectively engaging executive leadership and navigating complex organizational structures.
• Established success in leading transformational initiatives from strategic planning through to implementation.
• Deep understanding of programme governance, business analysis, project delivery, and change management methodologies.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; advanced degrees or postgraduate certifications are viewed favorably.
