Job Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, tools, and equipment to perform assembly, disassembly, and inspections on engines, modules, parts, components, or accessories.
• Follow and implement standard operating procedures (SOP) accurately.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical problems encountered during daily operations.
• Support leadership roles such as Operations Leader, Assistant Foremen, and Cell Leaders in meeting production goals and maintaining discipline.
• Perform SAP transactions and update work orders accordingly within SAP systems.
• Participate actively in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), Continuous Improvement, Ethics culture projects, and other corporate initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of NITEC or Higher NITEC certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering fields.
• At least two years of experience in assembly, disassembly, inspection, or testing of engines or modules.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings such as engine manuals.
• A willingness to learn and adapt, as comprehensive on-the-job training and certifications are provided.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including day and night shifts, along with overtime when necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
