Technical Supervision Engineer for General Construction Works

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Supervision Engineer specialized in general construction to manage and monitor quality and regulatory adherence for construction activities at the Bisra site. This role entails coordination among contractors, customers, and technical teams to ensure project specifications are rigorously met.

Key Duties

• Oversee and manage the execution of general construction activities abiding by design plans, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Inspect and verify quality of building materials, structural components, and workmanship on-site.
• Conduct rigorous incoming reviews of design paperwork, technical reports, and budget estimates.
• Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and designers to align project goals and execution plans.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all construction documentation and track progress against deadlines.
• Participate actively in the handover process, ensuring completed work meets all stipulated quality standards and requirements.
• Enforce compliance with occupational health and safety protocols throughout the facility.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a higher education degree in construction-related fields such as industrial or civil engineering, or building construction.
• Bring at least three years of experience in technical supervision or an equivalent role within construction.
• Proficient in interpreting and managing design and executive construction documents.
• Skilled in quality control techniques for construction materials and executed works.
• Exhibit excellent organizational capabilities, keen attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Computer literate with experience in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and specialized control and accounting software.
• Having a valid certification in construction supervision is highly advantageous.
