Position Overview

Sahat Almajd Trading Company is looking for a dedicated Team Member to join one of its Riyadh branches. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting branch operations.

Key Duties

• Provide customers with an exceptional experience aligning with company service standards.
• Prepare and serve products following rigorous quality and food safety guidelines.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation throughout the branch environment.
• Work collaboratively with branch colleagues to meet sales and service goals.

Candidate Profile

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Demonstrates a strong customer service mindset and eagerness to develop skills; prior experience in food and beverage or retail is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Capable of working in a shift-based schedule.
• Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to company policies.
