The firm embraces AI to enhance trend detection, customer support, and internal processes, promoting responsible AI integration throughout its operations.

- Maintain accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) by keeping data current and reliable.
- Proactively engage in talent projects such as employer value proposition development, career site optimization, recruiting events, and process improvements.
Candidate Profile
- 2 to 3 years of ownership over complete recruiting cycles including sourcing through closing.
- Good understanding of go-to-market roles in sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Highly proactive, taking initiative to identify recruiting needs and act decisively.
- Effective stakeholder management skills establishing trust with hiring managers through reliability and transparency.
- Strong focus on candidate experience and employer brand awareness.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with ambiguity, adapting quickly as needed.
- Experience in startup or technology sectors is advantageous; familiarity with Ashby ATS is a plus.
Company Values and Diversity
Auror prioritizes diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering an environment welcoming to all backgrounds irrespective of race, gender, orientation, faith, ethnicity, disability, veteran status, or age. The company's guiding principles reflect this commitment.
Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $79,000 to $102,000 USD, based on experience.
- Flexible work arrangements emphasizing work-life balance.
- Friday afternoons off at full pay for a shorter workweek.
- Support for professional development through courses, conferences, and events.
- Regular team lunches and social activities during working hours to build community.
