Role Overview

• Familiarity with recruitment workflows, talent assessment techniques, and competency-based development models.
• Ability to study workforce data, identify patterns, and make practical, data-backed recommendations.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with varied teams.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to present information professionally.
• Good organizational and project coordination skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and sound decision-making ability.
• High attention to detail, with a professional approach and respect for confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with familiarity with HRIS tools and talent management systems.
