About the Role

As a Talent Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in crafting, delivering, and evolving comprehensive learning experiences that align with business priorities and leadership goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine holistic learning curricula tailored to organizational strategies, addressing leadership, management, functional, and enterprise-wide skill requirements.
- Develop learner-focused programs integrating adult learning theories and blended delivery methods including in-person, virtual, and experiential formats.
- Create detailed facilitator manuals, participant materials, case studies, assessments, and evaluation frameworks.
- Confidently facilitate development programs for diverse groups, such as managers, leaders, and high-potential employees, fostering an engaging and psychologically safe learning environment.
- Customize facilitation approaches to accommodate different participant needs and business situations.
- Support the development and execution of high-potential talent and succession planning initiatives, collaborating with HR partners and leadership to identify and nurture key talent pools.
- Coordinate learning interventions including assessments, challenging assignments, coaching, mentoring, and action-learning projects while monitoring progress and outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders including business leaders, HR partners, and external vendors to ensure program relevance and quality, managing logistics, timelines, budgets, and evaluation metrics.
- Collect and analyze feedback and data to measure program effectiveness, recommending continuous enhancements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development, or a related discipline.
- Five to seven years of experience in talent development, talent management, or learning and development, preferably within complex, service-oriented settings such as hospitality or integrated resorts.
- Proven expertise in designing curricula and facilitating leadership and professional skills training programs.
- Experience working with high-potential and leadership development programs is highly advantageous.
