Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This role involves partnering with the founding recruiter to manage sourcing and coordination for technical and commercial positions. You will be responsible for candidate sourcing, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring an excellent candidate journey from initial contact through onsite interviews.
Responsibilities
- Shadow and learn Ambrook's product, mission, and recruitment procedures within the first month.
- Master the Ashby platform to manage scheduling and candidate coordination across open roles.
- Initiate sourcing and outreach campaigns for 2-3 roles, both technical and commercial.
- Identify automation or tooling enhancements to improve recruitment workflows.
- Oversee scheduling and coordination for all active hiring pipelines by three months.
- Consistently execute outbound sourcing efforts for various roles and qualify top candidates for further interviews.
- Deliver automation projects that reduce manual recruiting tasks and increase candidate pipeline volume.
- Strategize on sourcing channels and outreach tactics, develop scalable sourcing playbooks, and present recruitment data to stakeholders by six months.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 4 years experience in recruiting or sourcing with a focus on pipeline creation and operational excellence.
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools within sourcing and recruitment processes and able to articulate related automation projects.
- Capable of identifying passive candidates in competitive landscapes.
- Familiarity with technical roles and ability to communicate credibly with engineering candidates.
- Experience using LinkedIn and advanced recruitment platforms such as Juicebox, Metaview, Wrangle, and Gem.
- Exceptional written communication skills tailored to candidate engagement.
- Strong organizational skills to manage outreach sequences, tagging, and candidate feedback meticulously.
- Balance high outreach volume with personalized, meaningful candidate interactions.
- Genuine enthusiasm for operational aspects of recruiting beyond a mere stepping stone.
- Preferred: Experience recruiting for fintech, go-to-market, commercial roles, or within early-stage startups.
