Role Overview

Dwelly is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in operational functions such as Integrations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Operations, and General & Administrative roles. This position requires end-to-end ownership of hiring strategies with a consultative approach, influencing key decisions, and contributing to team growth during scale-up phases. Close collaboration with founders and executive leaders is essential, positioning this role at the heart of establishing the company's operational infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for operations positions, from initiation to offer and closure.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to clearly define job scopes, candidate profiles, and strategic hiring plans.
• Proactively source candidates via multiple channels including referrals and innovative strategies to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure recruitment processes are timely, structured, and uphold high standards to provide an excellent candidate experience.
• Serve as a strategic recruitment advisor by evaluating assumptions, calibrating candidate evaluations, and guiding hiring decisions.
• Continuously develop hiring frameworks, procedures, and interview protocols as the company expands.
• Maintain exemplary discipline using the applicant tracking system (ATS - Greenhouse) to ensure quality data management and consistent candidate assessment.
• Assist in promoting the talent brand and establishing Dwelly's market presence for operational roles.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 4 to 8+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in-house or hybrid agency/in-house roles.
• Strong capability to partner with business leaders, influence, and challenge hiring stakeholders.
• Proven track record in working within fast-moving, high-growth settings.
• Demonstrates high ownership, accountability, and drive to close recruitment processes effectively.
• Excellent judgment regarding candidate talent and cultural compatibility.
• Superior communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Data-oriented mindset in managing recruitment pipelines, conversion rates, and candidate quality.
• Experience utilizing ATS platforms, with a preference for Greenhouse.
