Role Overview
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this position involves managing the complete recruitment cycle with a focus on frontline leadership in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) roles and assisting in casual recruitment operations. The Advisor will collaborate with operational leadership to provide strategic hiring solutions aligned with quality standards, compliance, and child safety regulations. This role also includes mentoring recruitment coordinators and engaging in initiatives that refine processes and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, primarily for high-volume frontline and corporate roles.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to offer workforce planning and recruitment guidance.
- Create innovative sourcing tactics for challenging and critical hires.
- Develop talent pipelines and enhance candidate attraction across multiple regions.
- Ensure recruitment aligns with Child Safe Standards and legislative compliance.
- Provide support and mentorship to Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to discern trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and participate in projects aimed at recruitment process enhancement and workforce sustainability.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years of experience in Talent Acquisition or relevant fields.
- Proven capability handling high-volume full recruitment cycles.
- Adept at managing competing priorities efficiently within dynamic environments.
- Strong relationship-building skills and confident stakeholder partnership.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive in identifying innovations for recruitment systems and procedures.
- Experience in regulated sectors such as education, community services, or healthcare is advantageous.
- Must be prepared to obtain a Working With Children Check and National Crime Check if successful.
