About the Organization and Position
Alwedad Charity Association for Orphans Care is seeking a Systems Analyst to contribute to enhancing the technological services provided to beneficiaries. Candidates should have solid experience in systems analysis and IT service management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
- Have between three to five years of experience in systems analysis.
- Experience in IT Service Management and in analyzing requirements while effectively engaging stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the improvement of user experience and satisfaction relating to technical services.
- Analyze departmental needs and convert them into clear technical requirements.
- Align and enhance IT services to meet strategic organizational goals.
- Assist in developing policies, procedures, and operational manuals.
- Participate in IT governance activities including risk management and compliance.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with different teams involved.
- Develop and maintain the technical services catalog.
