Role Overview
Cushman & Wakefield is recruiting a dedicated Surveyor to join their dynamic Dublin office. This opportunity is tailored for an MRICS-certified professional eager to advance their career in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Duties
- Conduct valuations on diverse property types for purposes such as loan security, financial reporting, acquisitions, and strategic planning.
- Prepare and deliver detailed valuation reports and expert advice to a wide client base.
- Manage daily execution of valuation instructions under suitable supervision.
- Develop and sustain robust client relationships.
- Assist with regular valuation assignments and complex bespoke projects.
- Support the promotion of the Valuation & Advisory services to existing and potential clients.
- Mentor and assist junior team members in their professional growth.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Exceptional analytical and numerical abilities to interpret market data and trends.
- Capability to develop substantiated property value assessments.
- Experience managing several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships.
- Innovative problem-solver with a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications and Experience
- MRICS accreditation is essential.
- Experience in commercial property valuation with 1 to 3 years post-qualification is preferred.
- Knowledge of valuation software such as Argus is advantageous.
- Exposure to the Irish commercial property market is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience engaging with institutional clients, lenders, or property firms is a plus.
