Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our comprehensive supply chain processes. This full-time, onsite position focuses on driving operational excellence, optimizing workflows, managing supplier relationships, and fostering business growth through effective supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute supply chain strategies that support the company's business goals.
• Manage all facets of supply chain operations, including procurement, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• Establish and nurture supplier partnerships, conduct contract negotiations, and assess vendor performance continuously.
• Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Track and analyze supply chain KPIs to identify areas for cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and service improvement.
• Evaluate operational data to inform strategic decisions and foster ongoing process enhancement.
• Work collaboratively with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Production departments to meet organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement risk management solutions and backup plans to ensure supply chain reliability.
• Champion digital transformation efforts, automation initiatives, and process improvements within the supply chain.
• Ensure adherence to company guidelines, legal regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare detailed management reports, operational dashboards, and performance reviews.
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team to build a high-performing unit.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory control, or operations management.
• Strong expertise in supply chain planning, supplier management, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or equivalents.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and supply chain data analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
• Professional certifications like CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, PMP or similar credentials are advantageous.
• Knowledge of AI-based analytics and digital supply chain technology is a plus.
