Role Overview

The Supply Chain Manager is tasked with overseeing the comprehensive planning, procurement, warehousing, and inventory accuracy to ensure inventory levels meet production and sales objectives. This role focuses on developing MRP systems to maintain consistent delivery, enhance supplier performance, and improve overall supply chain robustness, supporting strategic company growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and own the supply chain strategy for scalability, timely delivery, and margin growth.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team, setting clear expectations and promoting continuous improvement and accountability.
• Manage supplier performance metrics, develop vendor scorecards, and negotiate pricing and contracts to optimize cost and quality.
• Implement a multi-source supplier strategy to mitigate risk and support company expansion.
• Oversee Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes to align supply with demand.
• Create inventory control policies, maintain inventory accuracy, and reduce obsolete stock.
• Coordinate production planning to ensure alignment with demand forecasts and inventory targets, adjusting schedules as needed.
• Analyze production capacity and recommend operational adjustments to meet demand efficiently.
• Utilize data to monitor supply chain KPIs, generate executive reports, and apply corrective actions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range: $120,000 to $150,000, depending on experience
