Cobram Estate Olives is an Australian-owned, ASX-listed company specializing in premium extra virgin olive oil production with operations in Australia and the USA.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager based at our Lara (Geelong) headquarters to oversee procurement, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and customer supply in Australia. This position offers extensive responsibility and the chance to significantly influence our business outcomes through collaboration with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance supply chain operations including procurement, customer supply, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management.
- Implement efficiency improvements to increase productivity and control costs.
- Develop and manage supplier relationships, tenders, pricing, contract negotiations, and assure supply continuity.
- Plan and forecast inventory, oversee stocktake processes, and produce comprehensive reporting.
- Optimize freight, warehouse, and distribution operations, including domestic and international logistics.
- Collaborate with Customer Supply and E-Commerce teams to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Prepare budgets, formulate cost-saving initiatives, and develop business cases supporting commercial decisions.
- Mentor and lead a team focused on continuous improvement and collaboration.

Qualifications and Experience
- Qualifications in business, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or closely related field.
- Approximately 10 or more years of supply chain experience, with recent leadership roles in supply chain management.
- Experience in FMCG, food processing, agribusiness, or consumer goods is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proven expertise in procurement, supplier management, tender processes, and contract negotiations.
- Demonstrated success in driving cost reductions, boosting operational efficiencies, and improving service standards.
- Strong commercial acumen, financial literacy, data analysis capabilities, communication skills, and project management experience.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to develop strong teams and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
- Willingness and ability to travel between various sites, including Southbank office and Northern Victoria groves.
