Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations including inbound, outbound, and warehouse tasks in close coordination with the Area Manager to ensure seamless material flow within data center logistics and external storage.
• Guide and develop team members by onboarding new staff, providing daily support, and fostering a structured environment for professional growth.
• Lead process improvements by owning operational procedures, tracking KPIs, and identifying efficiency, quality, and transparency enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety standards, and work instructions while maintaining professional communication with customers onsite.
• Perform warehouse management tasks including use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for booking activities, and independently manage orders when necessary, including weekend shifts.

Candidate Profile

• Vocational training preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a commercial discipline with several years of operational experience, including some leadership or coordination roles.
• Proficiency in WMS platforms such as SAP or similar systems, along with Microsoft Office proficiency; hands-on experience with operational system bookings is essential.
• Fluent in German and good command of English to communicate clearly in an international setting.
• Possess a valid German Class B driver’s license and willingness to work regularly on Saturdays.
• A structured, solution-driven, and team-oriented mindset; effective ownership, communication, and ability to maintain overview in dynamic conditions.
