Position Overview
The organization is expanding and seeks a Studio Operations Assistant who excels at bringing order and systematization into a dynamic, creative setting. This role involves direct collaboration with the Creative Director to ensure the smooth and efficient daily management of business operations.
Key Duties
- Organize and oversee production timelines and client-related scheduling.
- Manage inventories and procurement processes effectively.
- Facilitate communication with clients and coordinate appointments.
- Keep comprehensive and accurate operational documentation.
- Support coordination among suppliers and internal teams.
- Monitor work progress to guarantee all deadlines are met promptly.
- Identify areas to enhance operational workflows and procedures.
- Provide broad administrative support throughout the company.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational background including a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Between one and three years of relevant experience in administration, operations, retail, customer service, or coordinating roles.
- Competence in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and basic reporting skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and time management.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- High attention to detail coupled with capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a proactive mindset.
- Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and ability to adapt within a fast-moving creative environment.
- Interest or experience in fashion, design, or creative sectors is advantageous.
