Role Overview

Saudi Services For Electro Mechanic Works Co. SSEM is hiring a Storekeeper to manage inventory handling and warehouse records across its operational locations in Saudi Arabia, including Henakiya, Baida Nathel, Aflaj, Al-Kharj, Hota Bani Tamim, Yanbu, and Tabuk.

Core Duties

• Accept inbound materials and supplies, then check them against purchase orders and invoices for accuracy.
• Log all received goods in the approved inventory platform and prepare stock cards as required.
• Store items in a tidy, safe, and well-organized manner so they can be accessed quickly and securely.
• Release materials only against authorized departmental requests and keep complete records of each issue.
• Track inventory levels and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Carry out routine physical stock checks and match the counts with system records.
• Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and compliant with safety practices.
• Compile regular reports covering stock movement and any relevant warehouse observations.
• Work with the Procurement and Finance teams to keep data and supporting documents updated.
• Make sure inventory files and related paperwork are organized and easy to retrieve.
• Use ERP tools for receiving, issuing, and reporting activities.

The role is based onsite in Saudi Arabia and includes work across the following locations: Henakiya, Baida Nathel, Aflaj, Al-Kharj, Hota Bani Tamim, Yanbu, and Tabuk.
